Meet Dr. Noah Kilday
Dr. Noah Kilday is passionate about helping people get back to doing the things they love. He enjoys the variety that comes through the clinic doors each day—meeting people from all walks of life and supporting them as they work toward better movement, comfort, and overall wellness.
What Dr. Kilday loves most about chiropractic care is seeing patients make meaningful progress in everyday life. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, dealing with ongoing pain, or simply wanting to move and feel better, he takes pride in offering care that feels personal, practical, and supportive.
Education and Chiropractic Journey
Dr. Kilday attended Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly New York Chiropractic College). His interest in chiropractic started early—he knew he wanted to become a chiropractor when he was around 11 or 12 after experiencing the benefits of chiropractic care for himself.
He was drawn to the one-on-one approach chiropractors take with their patients: listening closely, understanding the full picture, and creating a plan that fits the individual. He also appreciates that chiropractic care can support the body without relying heavily on medications.
Over time, Dr. Kilday’s view of chiropractic has only grown. While many people think chiropractors focus only on the spine, he values the broader role chiropractic can play as a first point of entry into healthcare—helping assess what’s going on, providing appropriate care, and referring patients to the right healthcare professional when needed.
Professional Training and Certifications
Dr. Kilday has completed advanced training in several areas, including:
- Advanced Certification in Foot Levelers Custom Orthotics
- Advanced Certification in Sports Injury Management
- Training in Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) / Activated Protocol
- Diversified Adjusting Techniques
These additional certifications help him tailor care to each patient’s needs, goals, and lifestyle.
What Patients Can Expect
From the very first visit, Dr. Kilday wants patients to feel confident, comfortable, and heard. He strives to create an environment where questions are welcome and care feels clear and supportive—not rushed.
His focus in every appointment is simple: making sure the patient in front of him feels like the most important part of his day.
Life Outside the Clinic
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Kilday enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. He developed a passion for golf during chiropractic school, and it’s now one of his favorite ways to unwind.
He’s also a dedicated Premier League soccer fan and proudly supports Manchester United, often spending weekends watching matches.
Dr. Kilday grew up in Bergen County, New Jersey, and now shares life with his fiancée. The couple is planning their wedding for summer 2027. They also recently adopted a Rottweiler named Mia—an impressive 95 pounds. When they’re not at the clinic, you’ll likely find them out walking Mia and enjoying time outside together.
